Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Website Project Manager to oversee the development and delivery of our corporate website and digital platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with web development technologies, CMS platforms, SEO principles, and cross-platform integrations to ensure our marketing site platform functions properly and content is accurate and updated timely.
  • Analyze site performance and user behavior to make informed data-driven decisions and communicate effectively with external partners and developers to ensure technical feasibility of projects.
  • Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely completion within budget, proactively managing multiple fast-moving projects involving internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with site security standards that protect customer data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience managing complex, multi-division or multi-brand companies.
  • Working technical knowledge of website coding and functionality, including WordPress, BigCommerce, and PayPal.
  • Working conceptual knowledge of cross-platform integrations, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and other third-party platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong organizational and time-management skills and experience using project management software.
