We are a leading civil engineering firm offering challenging projects in transportation design. As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead our team to deliver high-quality projects for local municipalities and ODOT.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning: Lead the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules for transportation projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Client Management: Interact with clients, including local municipalities, ODOT, contractors, and other consulting companies, to ensure their needs are met.
  • Budgeting and Scheduling: Develop project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Tech Proposals: Develop technical proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Estimating: Prepare quantities and construction cost estimates for bidding purposes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • P.E. licensure or in the process of obtaining P.E. licensure.
  • 5-15 years of experience in transportation design (e.g., roadways, public utilities, traffic).
  • A strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines.
  • A continuous learning mindset.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
