We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Land Surveyor to join our team at Choice One Engineering.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing land survey projects from proposal to completion. This includes conducting site visits, collecting data, preparing reports and maps, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead land survey projects, including project planning, site visits, and data collection.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports and maps, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct research and analysis to resolve boundary disputes and ensure accurate property descriptions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver results.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed surveyor, preferably in Ohio.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other survey software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
