Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Project Manager to lead our New England offices in delivering high-quality projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing diverse projects, maintaining client relationships, and supervising internal project teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through effective communication and project management.
  • Attend meetings with clients, municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Develop project strategies, scopes of work, and risk evaluations in collaboration with the team.
  • Supervise and assign work to internal project teams and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Interact with regulatory agencies to provide necessary information and ensure compliance.
  • Perform technical engineering work associated with land or site development, including site planning, layout, and grading.
  • Review engineering analyses and reports from junior staff members to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Mentor aspiring engineers and technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10-20 years of experience in land development, geotechnical/civil-site engineering, and construction review, with 4-7 years of experience in project management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in at least one New England state, with the potential for reciprocity in others.
  • Willingness to travel to projects within New England and New York.
