A leading multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their civil engineering team.
This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work on a range of high-profile projects, including road design, stormwater management, and site development.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and structural engineers
- Developing project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Managing project risk and identifying opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a project manager in a civil engineering environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000, plus bonuses commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
