Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Human Resources Specialist to join our team at AcctPositions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, reviewing timesheets, and ensuring accurate payroll taxes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll weekly
  • Review timesheets for accuracy
  • Calculate payroll
  • Ensure accurate payroll taxes
  • Handle benefits and deductions
  • Address and resolve payroll inquiries
  • Manage manager portals for payroll and HR/benefits
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality
  • Support month-end reporting and compensation reporting
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience for 150+ employees
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Paylocity experience required
  • Ability to be in the office daily
