Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator at USA DeBusk, LLC provides administrative support to the human resources function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of HR-related experience and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform VLookups and generate Pivot tables in Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Process employee data, including personal change forms, transfers, and unused deductions in ADP.
- Provide customer service to employees, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Prepare new-employee files and process employee terminations.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events as requested by the HR Manager.
- Perform other clerical functions, including photocopying, emailing, and scanning documents.
- Complete child support and medical garnishment claims.
- File documents into employee files and maintain HR data reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR-related experience.
- ADP Workforce Now experience required.
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLookups and Pivot tables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
