Your Responsibilities on a Typical Day
  • Ensure customers fully understand the functionalities of our software
  • Execute configurations and technical integrations based on client specifications
  • Guide clients during their initial usage phase
  • Analyze and define client requirements
  • Support various teams involved in project execution
  • Provide technical insights throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain awareness of technological advancements in your area of expertise

What We Seek in Candidates
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency
  • Familiarity with internal company processes
  • Understanding of customer relationship management
  • Experience in the business travel and/or expense reporting sector is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English is required, as you will be part of a multicultural and international team.

Technical Skills You Will Enhance
Project Management
  • Integration of HR, ERP, and financial systems
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation
  • Approval workflows for travel and expense management
  • Data transformation processes (ETL)
  • Data synchronization with third-party entities (Travel Agencies, Banks, Card providers, GDS...)
  • Facilitating workshops during project phases
Security Management
  • Ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS within integration projects
  • Safeguarding data security for client communications
Managing Service and Feature Requests
  • Conducting feasibility, cost, and timeline assessments
  • Overseeing data synchronization enhancements
  • Managing data integration improvements
Internal Projects
  • Development of web applications
  • Batch integration solutions for support teams

Location
United States
The national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000. This range includes the base salary that American Express Global Business Travel anticipates paying for the role.

Actual base salary will depend on various factors, including the complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance-Based Incentive, rewarding participants based on company performance.
