Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business efficiencies for Walmart Central Operations' sustainment and implementation projects by using various analytical methodologies.
  • Develop creative solutions within business areas that reduce cost or meet business goals.
  • Use judgment to prioritize assignments, ensure data accuracy, and apply business measures and analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, automate, and implement tools to support project analytics and communicate project metrics to leadership.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
  • Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs, and build commitment for perspectives and rationales.
  • Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in project management, operations management, or related field, or 4 years' experience in project management, operations management, or related field.
  • Ability to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Developing reporting, database, and/or feedback tools.
  • Leading a cross-functional team.
  • Writing queries, report automation, or related field (for example, SQL queries, Microsoft Excel macro development).
Benefits

Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $65,000.00-$139,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions, including Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and stock.
