Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate complex assignments and manage project documentation to ensure adherence to departmental policies and industry standards.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, manage project budgets, and provide strategic guidance to the project team.
  • Lead business analysis efforts, develop RFPs and SOWs, and contribute to agency-wide strategic planning initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of IT experience with a focus on business problem-solving.
  • Two or more years of demonstrated competency in a project management role involving the execution of multiple projects or a large project.
  • Two or more years of experience utilizing project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in and knowledge of current and emerging technologies, and of how other enterprises are using them to drive digital business.
  • Experience working in sensitive political environments and interacting with senior leadership.
  • PMP Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, project management, business administration, or related field.
