Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Next Level Performers. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or equivalent role in the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex project issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
