Key Responsibilities
  • Project Pricing and Cost Control: Prepare project pricing calculations and documentation, review all major project expenditures, and ensure timely and accurate project billings.
  • Project Budgeting and Cost Management: Establish and maintain project budgets and overall cost control, prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) and variance analysis, and drive project profitability and other performance metrics.
  • Project Cash Flow and Risk Management: Track, reconcile, and work to minimize unbilled project balances, monitor and work to maximize project cash flow, and prepare risk and opportunity assessments.
  • Project Reporting and Analysis: Prepare ad hoc project reporting and analysis as required for teams, prepare detailed monthly project rolling forecasts, and participate in monthly project review meetings.
  • Project Settlement and Closeout: Manage timely and accurate project settlement, preparing month-end project journal entries, and assist with contract closeout and incurred cost submissions.
  • Internal and External Audits: Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Program Controls, Project Controlling (focusing on cost, schedule, and performance), and Financial Analysis.
  • Skills: Expertise in developing project pricing models and conducting scenario analyses, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
