Office Administrator

About the Role:
Cumming Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including project contracts, fee proposal drafting, and report preparation.
- Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and facilities.
- Coordinate travel, complete expense reports, and credit card reconciliation.
- Maintain leadership calendars and input data into our company-wide CRM site.
- Plan and organize events, including Happy Hours, Team Building events, and Summer and Holiday parties.
- Partner with the Executive Assistant on tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in office administration, administrative support, or office management roles.
- Advanced efficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Deltek, Concur, and document management systems a plus.
- Ability to work in the office daily, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
