We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our team at The St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, Utah.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to work as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating with them via phone and email to address inquiries and requests. You will be responsible for updating records, files, reservations, and answering guest inquiries using computer databases.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will operate standard office equipment, prepare documents using software, and transmit information via computer or mail. You will also ensure confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and welcome guests according to company standards.

Requirements

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
