This role involves receiving, verifying, labeling, storing, documenting, and securing all supplies in the Parts Room.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly parts facility. The selected candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to management and shop staff, including filing records, preparing reports, and scheduling appointments.

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator who can input and extract data from FMIS to provide accurate information to management and customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
