**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.

**Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficient and compliant admitting procedures.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately, responding to patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Schedule appointments according to office guidelines, considering patient needs and availability.
  • Collect and verify patient demographic, copay, and insurance information, updating records as necessary.
  • Prepare charts for patient appointments, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct patient check-out procedures, collecting payments and scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.
  • Perform record filing, retrieval, and registration documentation tasks in electronic medical records.

**Qualifications:**

  • One year of customer service experience, clerical, or business-related experience.
