Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
The Intake Specialist will oversee all administrative duties related to the SHERO referrals. Key responsibilities include collecting required documents for referrals and managing spreadsheets. This role will work closely with the Intake Coordinator and the SHERO Director.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with screening and reviewing all referrals
• Ensure all necessary data for the referral process is received from referring partners
• Update AWARDS and spreadsheets
• Manage occupancy reports
• Collaborate with SHERO subcontractors
• Understand eligibility requirements for all subcontractors in the SHERO program
• Conduct intake screenings at Rikers Island, as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
• Experience working with homeless individuals
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with AWARDS and Salesforce
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong data collection experience
• Strong writing skills
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred
Education and Experience
High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 years of experience
