Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and facilitating communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements on behalf of our leadership team. You will also assist with expense reports, establish and maintain filing systems, and draft various reports as needed.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, and hotels.
- Prepare and process expense reports for senior leaders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
- Draft financial, statistical, narrative, and other reports as requested.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three years of experience using Microsoft Office at an advanced level.
- Five years of administrative support experience, preferably in a senior management setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with all levels of employees.
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to adapt to change and lead projects efficiently.
- Typing speed of 55 wpm or higher.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Estimate: $24 per hour, full-time/seasonal position.
