About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Search Manager to join our team at Starcom. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with our clients, supervising a dedicated team, and driving strategic paid search expertise within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Direct and manage the daily workflow of all paid search campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation & maintenance, and post-buy recaps.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with direct reports, colleagues, and peers across the organization to drive team success.
  • Client Partnerships: Partner with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations surpassed.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize and manage search campaign performance recommendations for existing campaigns based on reporting and analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with the Associate Director to develop processes for improved workflow within Starcom and between agency partners and vendors.
  • Training and Development: Provide formal training to new team employees and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in paid search management and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine marketing and digital marketing principles.
