About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Ticket Sales to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our ticket sales team, you will be responsible for selling tickets to our events and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Sell tickets to our events, including season tickets, group tickets, and corporate packages.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and grow our client base.
  • Event Execution: Work closely with our event teams to ensure a seamless ticket sales experience for our clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to our management team, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the ticketing or entertainment industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of ticketing systems and software, as well as experience with sales and revenue generation.
