Reporting to the Manager, Residential Sales, this position requires onboarding and mentoring new team members, conducting evaluations, and managing customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have previous door-to-door sales experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Oversee daily sales operations and monitor team performance metrics
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
