Job Summary

Certified Hospitality Management is a leading hospitality company seeking an experienced Executive Hotel Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hotel Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, providing guidance and support to hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality standards.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff, ensuring proper staffing levels and a positive work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Community Involvement: Establish relationships with local community leaders and participate in community events to promote the hotel and enhance its reputation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a similar hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel management systems, computer software applications, and revenue management principles.
