Position Overview:
Snorkel AI is seeking a Regional Vice President to enhance our expanding global sales leadership team and oversee a growing territory in the Western United States. This pivotal role involves recruiting, training, and leading a team of exceptional enterprise account executives, ultimately fostering future leaders within the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and cultivate a high-performing team of enterprise account executives.
  • Drive regional performance with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Snorkel AI's offerings to provide effective guidance on sales strategies, complex negotiations, and technical challenges.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation and accurate forecasting, maintaining accountability for defined performance indicators.
  • Implement and uphold our value-based selling methodology across the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain strong internal partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years in a management role within a dynamic B2B software environment.
  • Proven success in navigating the complexities of enterprise sales across various industries.
  • Experience in negotiating substantial deals with intricate terms and conditions.
  • Background in building and developing sales teams from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas in both individual contributor and leadership roles.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the business value of complex enterprise technologies.
