Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Global Partners LP. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experiences while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service, with a strong focus on relationship building and problem-solving. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for leading by example, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees to ensure they are performing all job duties implemented by management
- Coach employees by providing constructive feedback to help them perform certain tasks
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone
- Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices
- Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels
- Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
- Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
- Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable
- Always replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests
- Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines
Requirements:
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be efficient and organized
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for the position
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 pounds during a shift
- Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.)
