Job Summary

The Ramp Captain is a key member of our team at Evolution Parking & Guest Services, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service experiences at our hotel locations. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Effectively manage guest vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient parking and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or relevant experience preferred.
  • Valid US driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
