The role of a Guest Experience Supervisor is crucial in supporting the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to ensure the seamless day-to-day operations in the front of the house. Success in this role hinges on demonstrating outstanding customer service and providing comprehensive training for all Guest Experience staff.

Your Role in Creating Remarkable Experiences
  • Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build and train a high-performing team of retail associates who excel in delivering an outstanding guest experience 24/7.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Front of House and provide your associates with the tools and resources they need to create a remarkable guest experience.
  • Proactively engage with guests and promptly address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently, resulting in a "no wait" experience.
  • Keep an eye on customer flow and open registers as needed to maintain a seamless guest experience.
  • Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, which include high levels of guest engagement, maintaining a clean facility, ensuring a safe environment, and adhering to all Dash In operational guidelines.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Guest Experience Manager, especially regarding ordering and inventory needs.
  • Complete assigned tasks as directed by the Guest Experience Manager and Sr. Store Manager.
Qualifications and Experience You Bring to the Table
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management position in a customer service or retail environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively solve problems.
  • Comfortable using technology, including POS software.
  • Strong focus on providing an exceptional guest experience with excellent people skills.
Ideal candidates will also have:
  • Active ServSafe Certification (a plus).
