Administrative Coordinator

Kazemier Contracting LLC is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our growing business operations team.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks to drive company success, including drafting documents, planning events, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents to support business operations
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution
- Welcoming and assisting onsite guests, providing a positive first impression
- Responding to incoming phone calls and emails, offering prompt and professional assistance
- Implementing and maintaining organized filing systems to facilitate efficient access to information
- Carrying out various office tasks to maintain a productive work environment
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in office administration or related fields
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and other administrative software
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $62,000, taking into account industry standards and location.
