About the Role

Kazemier Contracting LLC is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our growing business operations team.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks to drive company success, including drafting documents, planning events, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents to support business operations
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution
  • Welcoming and assisting onsite guests, providing a positive first impression
  • Responding to incoming phone calls and emails, offering prompt and professional assistance
  • Implementing and maintaining organized filing systems to facilitate efficient access to information
  • Carrying out various office tasks to maintain a productive work environment

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in office administration or related fields
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in using QuickBooks and other administrative software

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $62,000, taking into account industry standards and location.
