About the Opportunity:
Mobis North America LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team in Highland Park, MI.
About You:
You will be responsible for maintaining the facility and services, conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports, supporting employees, visitors, and vendors, as well as managing assets, scheduling maintenance inspections, and coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports
- Support employees, visitors, and vendors
- Schedule and organize annual preventative maintenance inspections
- Manage waste services and security
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, facility experience preferred
- Past experience with ERP (SAP system) recommended
- Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Internet-based systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
