Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Palm Health Resources.

This role provides vital support to our Sales Team, Back-office operations, and hiring Recruitment Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales staff to ensure seamless data entry into various systems.
  • Create engaging Job Summaries and post jobs to our job boards.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Support the implementation of Service Contracts.
  • Provide technical assistance for basic computer issues, working closely with our IT partner.
  • Oversee company social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Ensure timely delivery of confirmation letters to clients and candidates.
  • Offer administrative support for billing and reporting needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 4 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient typing and data entry abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $62,000, based on national averages and the position's requirements.
