Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to support our team at Kazemier Contracting LLC.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled administrator to provide high-level administrative support, manage day-to-day office operations, and maintain accurate records. Main Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other formal documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, both internally and externally.
  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, handling inquiries and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other administrative software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
