Responsibilities
  • Draft formal documents, such as memos and reports, to support business operations.
  • Schedule meetings, events, and appointments to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting onsite guests.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Implement and maintain organized filing systems to optimize access to information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in office administration or a related field.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with QuickBooks and be proficient in using software applications to streamline administrative processes. Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
