Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars for both internal and external meetings
Organize and schedule meetings, including room bookings, invitations, accommodations, and catering
Coordinate and confirm travel logistics
Prepare and review expense reports for submission to accounting
Create original documents in Word and PowerPoint presentations
Perform administrative tasks such as answering incoming calls, copying, binding, managing mail, and maintaining electronic and physical files, including contact directories and correspondence drafting
Plan and coordinate events

Certificates/Security Clearances/Other

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Job Requirements:
A minimum of three years of experience providing administrative support in a clinical or office environment.

Preferred Experience:
A one-year certificate from a college or technical school with a focus on front office support in medical settings.
