As a Financial Services Branch Leader, you will be responsible for directing sales initiatives and managing team members within a branch environment, supported by an operations specialist.

Your primary focus will be on proactive outreach to cultivate new business prospects, while also collaborating with commercial bankers to enhance our service offerings related to business deposits.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management: Drive individual and team performance to meet established financial and relationship goals. Engage with clients, potential customers, and referral sources through strategic outreach efforts.

Act as a representative of the Bank within the community to identify new business opportunities and CRA prospects.

Team Leadership: Oversee team performance and personnel management, ensuring operational efficiency while executing strategies that deliver value to customers and meet the Bank's financial objectives.

Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members, fostering their professional growth and achievement of targets.

Collaborate with bank partners and other managers to leverage expertise effectively.

Service Excellence: Build collaborative relationships that enhance value for customers, prospects, and colleagues. Initiate discussions to uncover sales or referral opportunities.

Operational Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, bank policies, and procedures to mitigate risks associated with credit, operations, reputation, and legal matters in customer interactions and transactions.

The compensation for this role is commensurate with experience, typically ranging from $87,825 to $152,230 annually. This position also qualifies for variable compensation, which may include incentives, bonuses, or commissions.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services, including supervisory experience, OR a High School Diploma or GED with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Licenses and Certifications:
Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as mandated by the SAFE Act. A valid driver's license is required due to frequent travel to various locations.

Skills Required:
Proficient in structured sales processes, financial guidance, financial literacy, financial analysis, knowledge of retail banking products, business development, and networking capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in management, business development (2+ years), familiarity with Treasury Management and Merchant Services, and current employment in the banking sector.
