  • Ensure precise preparation and dissemination of weekly financial and performance reports.
  • Uphold adherence to the company's Health and Safety regulations.

  • Serve as a brand representative within the community and manage local promotional activities.
  • Control inventory levels, visual merchandising, and staff training initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Buying, Press, and Retail departments to remain updated.
  • Execute any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Essential Experience and Skills Required:

  • At least 3 years of experience in high-end retail management.
  • Capability to analyze sales data and reports effectively.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven history of providing exceptional customer service and enhancing sales.
  • Thorough knowledge of retail standards and operational procedures.
  • Experience in training, hiring, and managing team performance.
