Our Gymnastics Program is recognized for its excellence, fostering the growth of athletes through supportive coaching and a commitment to their success.

We are currently seeking Gymnastics Equipment Support Staff to assist in the setup and dismantling of gymnastics apparatus for practices, competitions, and classes. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting heavy equipment exceeding 35 lbs, possess strong teamwork skills, and have a keen awareness of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to set up and dismantle gymnastics equipment within designated timeframes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lift heavy objects and maintain coordination during equipment handling.
  • Show a willingness to learn about our programs to understand the significance of this role in our operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor towards both children and adults.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Vigilant in identifying and addressing safety concerns promptly.
  • Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear instructions to staff and volunteers.
  • Capacity to perceive sounds and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to lift and carry weights between 50-75 pounds for equipment setup.
  • Mobility to move quickly on foot and perform tasks such as kneeling and crouching.
  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
  • Capability to judge distances and spatial relationships accurately.

Work Schedule: Hours will vary based on program needs, with gymnastics teams practicing on most days of the week. Please indicate your availability in your application.
