Position Overview

As an Event Equipment Rental Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, process customer orders, and provide assistance with event planning and rental requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Familiarize yourself with our extensive rental inventory and master the order entry software, including procedures for delivery, returns, and billing.
  • On-Site Support: Collaborate with the warehouse manager to cover and schedule off-hour jobs, and be present at large installation events as necessary.
  • Quotation Preparation: Generate customer quotes and ensure follow-up within 48 hours to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Account Management: Actively maintain and expand strategic accounts, working closely with the warehouse team to ensure accountability for inventory care and usage.
  • Staff Coordination: Assist in the development of weekly employee schedules and work collaboratively with the warehouse manager and team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
