Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates a diverse range of fitness sessions focusing on strength and cardiovascular health.
- Establishes rapport with members and colleagues to enhance participant retention.
- Provides exceptional customer service, encouragement, and support to all participants.
- Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for everyone.
- Ensures the fitness facilities are well-maintained and promptly reports any equipment concerns.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possession of a group exercise certification is required.
- Prior experience is preferred, although training will be provided.
- Strong punctuality and communication skills are essential.
