Position Overview

The Ladders is seeking a dedicated Field Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires candidates to meet specific security qualifications, as the position involves working in sensitive environments. A thorough background check and drug screening will be conducted as part of the hiring process. Key Responsibilities

The role will primarily involve:
  • 75% fieldwork, overseeing and assisting with various projects
  • 25% administrative duties, including preparing estimates and reports

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field management
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications
  • Familiarity with Xactimate software is preferred
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training purposes
  • IICRC WRT certification is advantageous
  • Certifications in mold and lead remediation are preferred
  • Strong character and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Organized, neat, and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to pass a background check due to the nature of the work environment
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development

Work Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Rotating on-call duties

Compensation

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000.
