Business Growth Manager

HungryPanda is a pioneering food delivery platform with its headquarters in London, UK. Our mission is to provide authentic Chinese cuisine and groceries to the Chinese community and students abroad.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business negotiation, sales, and marketing management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue and expanding market share by identifying and onboarding new merchants, arranging meetings to negotiate contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing merchants.
The role also involves conducting regular visits to merchants, providing support, and applying for or replacing promotional materials as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $70,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard new merchants to boost order volume and GMV
- Negotiate contracts with potential merchants and secure beneficial partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and resolve issues
- Conduct regular visits to merchants to provide support and improve service quality
