Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management
    • Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their digital marketing needs are met
  • Campaign Development
    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, and email marketing
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
  • Campaign Analysis
    • Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics and Google Ads
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance
  • Project Management
    • Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, from initial pitch to campaign setup, execution, review, and reporting
    • Ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related field
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated time management and project management skills
    • Familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience building multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns
  • Google Analytics & Ads Certifications
  • Experience using a project management tool, preferably JIRA
  • Experience working with or in the automotive industry
