Position Overview: The Operations Manager for the Clearance Center plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the facility, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the Clearance Center, focusing on achieving sales, production, and customer service objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Ambassadors, providing training and support to meet established performance goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Site Manager to ensure compliance with operational standards and policies.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Engage with customers and donors, promoting a positive experience and upholding the organization's values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Oversee the training and development of Ambassadors, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Address any operational issues and provide corrective feedback as necessary.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting audits and addressing any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a customer-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on process accountability.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Work Environment: Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the role may require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. The Operations Manager will also assist with various operational tasks as needed.
