We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Site Manager to join our team at ManTech International Corporation. Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management

- Manages a team of ManTech and sub-contractor support personnel, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of their jobs.
- Operational Management
- Supports operations at Tactical Training Group Pacific, Naval Base Point Loma, San Clemente Island, EWTG Pacific, NAS North Island, Range Operations Center NAS North Island, and TTGP Detachment Yokosuka.
- Coordinates with West Coast Program Manager, NITE Management Staff, Maintenance Manager, and RS Range Managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Policy Development and Compliance
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluates activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Ensures effective communication between different functions and stakeholders, including the West Coast Program Manager, NITE Management Staff, and RS Range Managers.
- Supports a team environment based on mutual respect and teamwork, dedicated to innovation and effective, efficient work practices.
- Contract Performance
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Enforces work standards, assigns contractor schedules, reviews work discrepancies, supervises contractor personnel, and communicates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience
- Seven (7) Years of DoD training Range Experience
- 3 Years professional experience in managerial experience on DoD efforts.
- Experience managing dispersed workforce in support of DoD training range requirements.
- Clearance
- Secret
- Physical Requirements
- Little travel anticipated.
- Work will require movement between government sites in Hampton Roads area for client meetings and support functions.
