Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication and delivering outstanding service

• Perform comprehensive insurance needs assessments to determine clients' requirements

• Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts

• Present and clarify insurance policy choices to clients, ensuring they receive clear and precise information

• Collaborate with insurance providers to secure quotes and customize insurance packages to meet clients' needs

• Stay informed about industry developments and product knowledge to offer clients the most relevant insurance solutions

• Manage and complete insurance applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and thorough

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred

• Proven success in meeting sales objectives within the insurance sector

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities

• Proficient in utilizing sales and customer relationship management tools

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

• Valid insurance license is required.
