Key Responsibilities
  • Parts Research and Quote Preparation: Conduct thorough research to identify required parts and collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate quotes.
  • Quote Validation and Pricing: Validate and price parts from Kohler and external vendors to ensure seamless quote preparation.
  • Service Coordination: Partner with technicians and service leaders to ensure accurate quotes from lead creation through final repair of generators.
  • Quote Tracking and Follow-up: Review and follow up daily on quoted work and track sales progress through assigned systems.
  • Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for additional work, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Emergency Response: Collaborate with stakeholders during emergencies or when units are down, providing swift and effective solutions.
  • Service Planning and Alignment: Assist service coordinators in communicating expectations, planning, and aligning quoted work to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Quote Incentivization: Identify and qualify quotes that may require additional incentives or value-added services.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing positions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
