Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and interpersonal Outside Sales Representatives to join our team at Trelevate. As a sales professional, you will have the opportunity to represent Frontier Communications Inc. and establish B2B outside sales relationships with small to midsize businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with your team for daily training and coaching to ensure you have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Connect with businesses to establish new sales relationships and nurture your pipeline through face-to-face presentations.
  • Open communication and support with your team throughout each day to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Share a full suite of products and services with local businesses to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Record and organize your sales, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM daily.
Requirements
  • Motivated and passionate sales closer with a desire to achieve $100K+ in annual sales.
  • Understanding and proficiency with technology, including CRM software.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective and collaborative communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Aspiration to grow within the company through our Career Development Program.
  • Previous success in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
  • A valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
  • 30K base salary plus uncapped commissions and cash bonus incentives.
  • 1st year on-target earnings of $72K-114K+.
