About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Territory Manager in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the Atlanta market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, outbound sales, and CRM records management
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Travel locally (75%) and occasionally out of state overnight to meet with clients and prospects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in consultative sales in behavioral healthcare, substance abuse, or related field
  • Self-motivation, organization, and a passion to help others
  • Proven track record of cold calling, outbound sales, and CRM records management
