Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific's Transplant Diagnostics Division is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the clinical transplant market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the clinical transplant market
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including transplant clinicians, researchers, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, life sciences, or economics
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial, product management, business development, or marketing in a related industry
  • Strong understanding of the clinical diagnostics space and transplant market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
