Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic projects, identify and prioritize key initiatives, and manage mid-level projects across multiple business units.
  • Perform advanced analyses to uncover growth opportunities, provide recommendations to senior management, and demonstrate thought leadership.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align strategy and plan, and provide Continuous Improvement coaching and mentoring to team members.

Requirements
  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 1 year experience in management consulting, change management, large scale project management, and/or process improvement leadership.
  • Ability to travel may be required.
  • Preferred skills include healthcare experience, consulting strategy experience, excellent computer skills, and written, oral, and presentation skills necessary to successfully influence senior executives.
