Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the UNC Charlotte Marriott. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the front office.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest accounts and hotel statistics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel front office procedures and cash handling policies.
