Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

At Sage Hospitality, we're seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise front desk operations to maintain high levels of service and hospitality
  • Train and direct front desk team members to ensure quality service
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Answer inquiries, accept reservations, and use suggestive selling techniques to increase occupancy and revenue
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of hotel front office procedures and cash handling
